E-scooter's range

One of the most frequently asked questions about electric vehicles is their range. How far can we get on a fully charged battery? What affects the range?

There are many things that affect the range of an e-scooter, such as tyre pressure, weight of the rider, temperature, road conditions, road gradient, driving etc.

With our ES210 model, customers have been able to ride up to 40km on one battery charge.

One of the most important things to maximise range is to control tyre pressure, which we also wrote a blog post about here.

To increase range, it can help to push the leg at start-up to use less battery.

For an 80kg rider, the range on a full charge and full throttle is in practice about 20km with a standard battery (360Wh) and with an LR (Long Range) battery (461Wh) the range is extended by 5-10km.
