The 360 is made for urban commuters who want to get from A to B quickly without a car or looking for a parking. Low weight means freedom. Easy to handle and responsive, 360 makes everyday riding feel lighter and more enjoyable.
Expanded: 1555 × 609 × 1010 mm. Folded: 1265 × 350 × 1180 mm. The foldable design makes it easier to keep indoors: elevator, bike storage, basement, workplace, or even at home.
Large tubeless tires add stability, grip, and comfort to city riding. The same tire size also makes it possible to use winter tires.
360’s large tires and lightweight frame make it feel more stable and controlled than a small-wheeled e-scooter. It’s agile to ride, but with a seated, moped feel. The custom tires were developed specifically for the Augment 360, with sidewalls that help absorb bumps.
Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes give the 360 controlled stopping power for confident city riding. Front: 4-piston hydraulic disc brake with a 200 mm rotor. Rear: 2-piston hydraulic disc brake with a 180 mm rotor.
The electric motor gives you instant pull for starts, hills, and stop-and-go city riding. Choose the 25 km/h version for lighter urban mobility, or the 45 km/h version for faster journeys.
The 360 moped is designed to be carried when you need it most: doorstep, short set of stairs, elevator, indoor storage, etc. Weight: 31 kg without battery and 36 kg with one battery.
IPX4 water resistance helps in everyday weather conditions. You can also ride in the rain when you adapt your riding to the conditions and take care of the tires, brakes, and visibility.

Remove the battery and charge it from a standard wall socket at home, at work, or in storage. The included 84V / 2.9A charger gives a full charge in around 4.5 hours. A fast charger will also be available later as an accessory.
The battery is built with high-quality 21700-type lithium-ion cells.
With the mobile app, you can adjust riding modes and settings, and activate anti-theft protection. When anti-theft protection is on, the 360 reacts to movement by locking the rear wheel.
Start the 360 by tapping the NFC key card on the display. The seat opens with a button, giving you easy access to the battery and storage space.

FAQ

The 45km/h model falls under the L1e vehicle category which means it generally requires at least the AM licence. The 25km/h model is not L1e which has different local requirements. Please check your local regulation to be sure.
The 45 km/h version is registered as a moped and requires motor liability insurance. The requirements for the 25 km/h version depend on the vehicle’s classification and local regulations. You can find the correct information during the ordering process or by contacting customer support.
The 25 km/h version is suitable for relaxed urban mobility and lighter short-distance trips. The 45 km/h version is a faster moped-category option for longer journeys or riding in traffic. Your choice may also be affected by licence, insurance, and registration requirements.
In normal use, the range is around 50 km with one battery. It varies depending on riding style, rider weight, temperature, hills, and tire pressure. With two batteries, the range increases significantly.

Consumers have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the online store terms. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any registration and insurance costs. The condition and use of the vehicle may affect any possible reduction in value upon return.
With financing, you can purchase the Augment 360 with no down payment and pay the price in monthly instalments. With leasing, there is a larger initial payment / down payment, followed by a lower monthly payment. A spare parts service can be added to the leasing option, but it is not an all-inclusive maintenance contract.
