Anti theft coverage
How it works.
Our anti theft coverage is an ongoing pay monthly service. It will be valid for the entirety of your contract with us.
Yes. In case of theft, a replacement (refurbished) e-scooter will be shipped to you within 3 to 5 business days. Deductible: €100 without battery or €150 with battery. Without coverage, replacement costs €250 without battery or €450 with battery.
It is always advised to declare any theft at the police. In case of theft, please contact our customer service. They will be able to guide you for any specific local procedures to follow.
