How does delivery work?

You order online and the scooter is delivered to you. If there’s an issue, the replacement device principle applies: send the scooter back in the box, and a replacement will be sent to you.

Who can place an order?

You must be of legal age, have your primary residence in Austria, and have creditworthiness without any outstanding debt collection issues. Orders are reviewed in the order they are received.

What contract terms are available?

Typical minimum terms are 12, 24, or 36 months. After that, you can purchase the scooter, continue using it, or extend the subscription at a favorable rate.

Can I buy the scooter?

Yes, after the minimum term you can choose to purchase it. Alternatively, you can stay in the subscription model and continue benefiting from the service.

Why not simply cancel?

The older a scooter gets, the more likely defects become. That’s exactly when service becomes most valuable. That’s why extending is often more practical than stopping.
