You contact us with your issue.
Contact our customer service via our in-app chat and we'll start the repair / replacement process.
We send a replacement e-scooter to your address.
A refurbished replacement e-scooter is sent right away to your desired address.
We take your old e-scooter back.
You send us back the faulty one in the same box you just received.
We analyse it to extract the good parts.
Your faulty e-scooter arrives at our treatment center. We open it and analyse all its components. The ones in perfect state go directly to our replacement stock. The other ones go though our refurbishing pipeline in which they get fixed and stress tested to match a brand new component performance. The parts that don't make it go to another recycling pipeline with local partners.
Other riders can enjoy like-new e-scooters.
Once the refurbished e-scooters are re-mounted, they are stress tested again. Cleaned and boxed, they are then ready to be sent as a replacement e-scooter.
