You can pay by credit or debit card every 1 month, every 3 months or in a single payment. SEPA Direct Debit via Sofort: Available for payment intervals of 3 and 24 months.

Can I upgrade my e-scooter?
Yes, you can upgrade your scooter to the latest model after 18 months for free, or after 12 months for a fee of 125 euros. When you upgrade, a new two-year subscription will start.
Can I cancel my subscription?
1. Your subscription will automatically end after 24 months. At that time, you will be able to exercise your right to transfer ownership of the scooter for a small administrative fee and own the scooter forever.
2. You can end your subscription early and start a new 24-month period by upgrading to a new scooter model after 18 months of membership at no additional cost.
3. You can end your subscription early and start a new 24-month period by upgrading to a new scooter model after 12 months for a fee of 125 €.
4. You can unsubscribe at any time by paying the remaining months of your two-year subscription. At this point, you can also exercise your right of purchase and immediately transfer the ownership of your scooter (as in point 1 above).
5. Your subscription will also end if you exercise your right of cancellation within 14 days of receiving the e-scooter.
What happens if my e-scooter is stolen?
Our smart anti-theft feature means that a thief can only start the scooter a maximum of 10 times. At that point, the scooter can only be unlocked by you using the Augment app.
We recommend parking the scooter with a sturdy padlock to prevent theft. It is also advisable to take the removable battery with you when the scooter is left unattended.
If, despite these precautions, your scooter is stolen, you will need to report it to the police and make an insurance claim (please note that a sturdy padlock is usually a mandatory requirement set by the insurance company).
Finally, please contact us via chat or email and we will work out all the necessary details so that you can get a new e-scooter as soon as possible.

We happily serve businesses, from entrepreneurs to large corporations. To make the deal even sweeter, business subscriptions are VAT 0% in most countries.

I want to buy my scooter. Can I do that?
Yes. If you want to, you can transfer ownership to yourself at any time by paying the remainder of your subscription, plus the 29€ transfer fee. (But honestly, we think continuing as a subscriber is a more convenient choice).
